For 25 years, CAC and Asahi Kasei have been setting global standards in membrane electrolysis—and shaping the future of an industry facing major changes.
Strong partners for state-of-the-art chlor-alkali technology
When talking about modern chlor-alkali electrolysis today, it is hard to ignore CAC ENGINEERING. For many years, we have been developing and supplying plants that set standards in energy efficiency, environmental compatibility, and operational safety. This position is no coincidence, but rather the result of consistently high engineering quality and long-standing partnerships.
Our most important partner has been with us for around 25 years: Asahi Kasei Corporation from Japan. Together, we are among the leading technology and EPC providers for chlor-alkali membrane electrolysis plants. Based on Asahi Kasei's first-class membrane technology, which is firmly established in the industry, we have implemented electrolysis plants worldwide. This long-standing collaboration exists because both companies share a clear understanding that reliable performance is the result of close partnership and trusting cooperation.
The celebration of the 50th anniversary of Asahi Kasei's Electrolysis and Ion Exchange Membrane Division provided a fitting occasion to look back on this joint journey. Our partnership has grown steadily over the years, supported by trust and constructive dialogue.
We appreciate Asahi Kasei's long-standing trust in CAC ENGINEERING and the many successfully completed projects. The coming years will bring new challenges for the industry. It's good to face them with partners you can rely on.
