Your tasks

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsibility for the technical preparation and implementation of existing contracts with focus on construction and installation
  • Responsibility for reporting progress to the Site Manager
  • Organization and coordination of construction site activities as well as keeping track of deadlines and costs in your specialist area
  • Analysis of problems, examination of alternatives and making decisions with the Site Manager
  • Control and optimization of construction and assembly processes in your specialist area
  • Instructing the Discipline Superintendents of subcontractors in the area of occupational safety and security technology
  • Checking the work of subcontractors, including recording, evaluation and negotiation of claims.
  • Keeping the construction site diary in your specialist area updated
  • Performing quality control and acceptance tests, preparation of documentation
  • If necessary, technical management of the employees allocated to you for a period of time while observing and complying with the safety and quality requirements
  • Responsibility for the overall result in your specialist area

Your profile

  • Study or apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering or instrumentation and control engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in construction site activities, ideally in international plant engineering and mechanical engineering
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good German and English skills
  • Strong communication skills, assertiveness, able to work in a team, flexibility
  • Outstanding willingness to travel
