You have successfully graduated from university after having studied an engineering subject and are looking for an attractive position in the employment world? You are not only interested in the multifaceted field of plant engineering and construction, but want to gather experiences abroad and start a career as a project leader or executive? In addition to technical know-how, you also have an excellent command of the English language, good communication skills, are ready to make decisions and have powers of persuasion? Then, our trainee programme “The fascination of plant construction” will be just the perfect thing for you!

In the course of the 18-month trainee programme, you will get to know our enterprise, actively contribute to handling processes and be involved in different projects with the support of a tutor. You will be able to practically apply and deepen your knowledge acquired at university. Stays abroad and seminars with a great deal of variety constitute an essential part of our trainee programme. Depending on your qualification and your  further career plans, you may individually set the focus of your trainee activity – the beginning of your career could not possibly be more purpose-oriented!
